Another run, this time 5 miles! I know, crazy huh? HR still in 145 range.
There's a 10k on November 4th I'm thinking about doing for a benchmark. There is also a Beaver game that day I have tickets to. We'll see how this works out. It's a Champoeg, so at least it is on the way to Corvallis.
I had the intent to commute home by bike today, but dumbass forgot his shoes. I had everything packed up, running hear for tomorrow, clothes everything! Now it's been two days and no cycling. Not good.
